Cancellations

Tandem Discovery Flight
If you are to cancel a tandem booking please inform staff at Gravity Sports 24hrs in advance. That way we have enough time to cancel pilots or reschedule flights for another time or day.  However, should you not arrive for your appointment and do not call in advance you may loose your deposit. Not showing up for your appointment wastes pilot and staff time. Please keep in mind that it takes two hours prep time for gliders and equipment to be set up.If you wish to cancel your introductory tandem we will refund your deposit provided enough notice is given.

PLEASE NOTE:
For groups of four (4) or more we require 48 hours notice for cancellations.

Destination Tours
If you need to cancel or change your tour booking please inform staff at Gravity Sports 8-10 business days in advance. That way we have enough time to try and schedule another passenger to fill your place.
